When you place an order before 3 pm on a workday, your items will be shipped the same day. Our ordering and delivery process is very closely geared to each other. While this is testimony to our operational excellence, it also means that our system does not allow cancellation or modification of an order. Your order is thus conclusive, but never final as you are always free to return or exchange your purchased items free of charge within 14 days trial period.

If you are not completely satisfied about your purchase at, you can return an item within 14 days. Returning products within the Netherlands is free of charge. Outside the Netherlands the return costs are for your own account. When you return the complete order you will also receive a refund of the delivery costs.

If you placed your order with Klarna (payment afterwards) the instructions below are also apliccable for you. You will receive a new payment link from Klarna that will replace the old payment link. Don’t forget to attach the filled out return ticket to your package. If you cannot find what you are looking for, please contact Customer Service. • The items(s) should be intact with the original labels attached in the original packaging.
• The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
• Exchanging an item is unfortunately not possible, return your item an than place a new order.
• Should you receive an item in a less than perfect state, please report it to our Customer Service via as soon as possible.

Please provide your package to a postal or package service. The returning costs are for your own account if you return from outside the Netherlands. We advise you to keep the track and trace number until you receive confirmation of arrival of the package. That way we can always help you to find your package in case needed.
