Forgot your password?
Can’t remember your password? Don’t worry, it happens to the best! Please go to your login page and click 'forgot password'. Enter your e-mailadress and we will send you an automatic generated mail with a new password who you can change in your MEES account to your own wishes.
Change your account settings
Your account settings, such as address, name, e-mail address and shipping address can always be changed in your personal MEES account.
Would you like to be the first to know about MEES sales promotions, sample sales and special events? Register for the MEES newsletter at the bottom of the MEES website! Should you no longer wish to receive information about MEES please send an email to customer service firstname.lastname@example.org or click the link at the bottom of our last newsletter.
Assortment and stock
Our MEES webshop shows the complete assortment available. When we receive new stock, all items should immediately be visible in our webshop. Unfortunately we can not deliver products that aren't currently available in our webshop.

Current stock status
The items that are shown in our webshop are currently in stock. It may occur that a product from your order is out of stock. In that case the amount will be refunded within 14 days on your account.
PaymentAt MEES onlineyou can pay by iDeal, Klarna (pay afterwards) , Paypal and Credicard.
For DutchMEES customers it is possible to pay with online banking by iDeal.
Klarna allows you to shop now and pay later. The payment is being handeled by Klarna after you placed your order. You receive an e-mail from Klarna with a link to pay. The payment must be fulfilled within 14 days.
It is also possible to pay with your PayPal account.
On our webshop you can pay with MasterCard, VISA and American Express. The payment is always made via a secure SSL server, which sends your data encrypted. Your credit card data will be send via a secure line(SSL) and will not be saved.
Help while ordering
In case you are unable to complete your order or when you encounter uncertainties you can contact our customer service during office hours. They can assist you with the placing of your order. Note that they can not order products which are not available in the webshop, but they can help you find the desired item(s) with our selected offline retailers. After completing your order, you will receive an automatic generated order confirmation by e-mail. Other updates regarding your order will also be send to your e-mail. So, make sure we have your correct email address. If you’re unsure please look at your MEES account to double check. When you place an order before 3 pm on a workday, your items will be shipped the same day.
Cancel or changethe order
When you place an order before 3 pm on a workday, your items will be shipped the same day. Our ordering and delivery process is very closely geared to each other. While this is testimony to our operational excellence, it also means that our system does not allow cancellation or modification of an order. Your order is thus conclusive, but never final as you are always free to return or exchange your purchased items free of charge within 14 days trial period.
Shipping and delivery
Orders inside The Netherlands are usually delivered the next workday, ordered before 3 PM, will be shipped the same day. When a problem occurs and we will not be able to send the order out the same day, we will contact you by e-mail. Orders outside The Netherlands may take up to 10 working days to be delivered.
Delay during delivery
Your order will always be delivered as soon as possible to the address you’ve registered with us. It is however possible that your order delivery is delayed by unforeseen circumstances with your local delivery service. In that case we will personally inform you right away but we can’t be held responsible for any inconvenience this may cause.
In The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Denmark and Sweden orders over €50,00 will be delivered to you for free.
For orders under €50,- we will charge you € 3,95 for the shippingcosts. For international shipping costs we refer to internationale shipping costs?
Ofcourse we are able to send orders to countries outside the Netherlands. Orders from outside The Netherlands may take up to 10 working days to be delivered.
Note: when you send your order to a non-EU country, import duties may be charged at delivery.
Exchanging and returning
On our website we try to provide you with as much information about our products as possible. However, if a product does not live up to your expectations you can always return it to us within 14 days after receipt. Please state the reason why you wish to return the product to us. The term of approval shall take effect on the day your ordered product is delivered to the delivery address you stated in your order. All items bought in the MEES webshop can be returned. The costs for returning are for your own expense, except for the Netherlands. Click here for a full return instruction or navigate to Returns.
We only accept returned products that comply with the following:
• Items should be bought in our MEES webshop.
• Items should be returned within the stated period of time.
• The return form should be complete; half completed forms will not be accepted.
• The product should not show any marks of being worn, such as stains, smell and wear use damage.
• The items(s) should be intact with the original labels attached.
• The items(s) should be in the original packaging.
Exchanging an item
All items bought in the MEES webshop can be returned. If you want to exchange an item for another item or a different size, you have to send the item back and you will have to place a new order in the webshop.
Wrong item received
In case you should receive a wrong item, the return of the item will be completely at our expense. Please follow the usual procedure on our Returns page or contact our customer service. You should indicate which item(s) you have incorrectly received, which item you have ordered and which item you still have to receive. Damaged item received
In case you should receive an item in a less than perfect state the return of the item will be completely at our expense. please report it to our Customer Service as soon as possible. Please contact our Customer Service by phone on: +31(0)20-509 55 09. Or mail to: email@example.com. It’s also possible to use the digital returnform on our site. Please make sure you return the item within the stated period of time (14 days after the arrival of your package).Otherwise we can no longer give you a refund for the damaged items.
Refund of order amount
As soon as we have received your return shipment, we will refund the amount as soon as possible. We need at the most 14 days to refund your payment. It may happen that it takes up to 3 weeks before our bank transfer is listed on your bank statement (in particular this may happen in case of a credit card payment). We credit the amount to your account through the original payment method.
Defect at receipt
Our MEES products are carefully composed and are of high quality. However it still is possible that a manufacturing defect arises. When an item shows defects or manufacturing defects upon receipt, you can return the goods at our expense by completing the return form and follow further instructions from there on.
Returning of an item is only possible if the item is returned in its original condition, with attached hangtags and in its original packaging. Notwithstanding the above, it is possible to try on the ordered items. At arrival in our central depot your products will be inspected for any use damage such as smell, stains and defects. We can not accept products that have not been bought in our own webshop.

The MEES webshop is honest and handels your personal information with the utmost care. We work hard to ensure the reliability, security and integrity of the data we have collected. We believe that the security of MEES is and remains above-average levels. Our dedicated team of IT experts underwrites this:
- Your personal information will not be sold or passed on to third parties.
- Your data is safely stored in a secured, non-public database.
- Your transaction data is sent encrypted so that eavesdroppers will not have any access tot your data.
- We only use your e-mail address for statusupdates about your order. We only send offers, newsletters and other circulars after you explicitly consent.
If you place an order at MEES Online, we ask you to give the following information:
- Your name, address and phone number. This information is used to correctly handle the delivery of your order.
- Your e-mail address, so that we can keep you informed about your order.
- Payment details, such as your credit card or bank account number are used to complete the order. The data is sent encrypted through a secure SSL server and will not be saved anywhere on our servers.
Like all webshops, we also use a cookie to collect information about which pages are visited and how intensively parts of MEES Online are used. This way we can customize our site even better to your needs. This information is anonymous and we do not use these data to create a profile of our visitors.
Secured internet connection during payments
During payments the internet connection between you and MEES is secured. Using SSL the transaction information is sent encrypted. To pay with SSL, no special software is required. You can recognize a secure SSL-connection by the “lock” in the bottom status bar in your browser.
Protection of personal information
The information entered on this website is only used for the processing of your order or for sending requested information. We appreciate the trust you put in us and therefore we will handle your data with the utmost care.
